What is the size?, medium?, for an adult to wear?

I am surprised this fit me. Wish I knew my exact hat size but I am minimally an adult XL.

Is this hat blue or purple?

Hat is a dark blue, much like what's in the picture. Definitely not purple.

What size is this hat in inches- height and width, NOT hat size?

Don’t know but it fits adults fine
