Symmetry Series - iPhone 13 Pro (ONLY)

I bought this phone cover for my iPhone 2013 Pro back in February 2022. I've dropped my phone several times and it's done it's job - no cracks. Compared to the prices of other phone cases, I don't think you can beat this. The only thing I'd say is expect to replace it after a year (at least). I've had mine for 18 months, but probably should have replaced it at 12 months. I carry my phone in my front pocket. After a few months, the rubbery parts to started to yellow. Not a huge deal, but it's worth mentioning. It also got looser at the bottom and the clear part started flaking off (not sure what caused it, but it gives it a really scratched up look). It looked bad enough that my kids starting to make comments about it, forcing me to seek a replacement! I've uploaded a picture, but remember - this is after 18 months of use. After looking at other options, I'm back and reordering this cover again. For the price, I don't think it can be beat.

I needed a simple case which would work in my car’s charging site. (No magnet). This case fit the bill. Easy to insert the phone. Buttons work perfectly. Good value.

All in all, I like the case and it's done a good job of protecting my phone which is what I want. However, I do wish the inner lining and fit of the case were more durable when taking the case off and on. I wish the outer hard case had not cracked, but to be fair, I have dropped this many times and it's withstood quite a few fumbles. Important to note: I use a tempered glass screen protector as well as a camera protector on the back camera when using this case. Therefore, I cannot speak to how the case would do without these added protections. In conjunction with these other measures, the case has done a pretty decent job of protecting the phone. Many times the screen and camera protectors have cracked, and I've replaced them, but the phone has emerged undamaged. Complaints: 1) After being dropped, the corners got a little jagged and the corner of the hard case broke off. However, despite the case itself cracking, my phone was fine. 2) After taking the case off and on a few times, I think it could be a bit more sturdy. The inner soft lining of the case stretched out and warped so that it hangs out away from the case and doesn't fit properly. Not sure how that makes sense to be called military grade? Anyway, I feel I need to replace it now because I don't know how well it would protect my phone when the fit is now sub-par.

This is a good phone case. I bought the same one almost 2 years ago. The only problem is the rubber around the case starts to stretch after awhile. It then begins to separate from the hard part of the shell. I bought the same one because it protected my phone well, and it was a little over $10. It’s a good case for the money.

This one is my second one because the first one went through some real rough time that with time it got old and beat up BUT it did outstand protecting my phone, leaving it without any cracks. That's why I bought my second one. I recommend to anybody.

I really loved this case when I first got it, but it just has not held up well at all. The hard plastic has stayed clear, but the rubbery bumper around the edge was noticeably yellow after only a month of using it. I’ve attached pics of how yellow the edges are now after 4 months of use - this is after trying to wash the case multiple times and still no luck getting the yellowing out. I drop my phone very infrequently, but the case already has a few small hairline cracks from the drops, which isn’t promising for its longer term durability. The rubber bumper has also already deformed in a couple places and sticks out a few millimeters from the edge of my screen in a couple places like around the volume buttons and charging port. I’ve only taken the case off ~5 times in the time I’ve had it, so it’s disappointing that the bumper has deformed that easily with such little manipulation. I do like that there’s a raised bumper around the screen and camera, but wish this came with screen and/or camera protectors to use for extra protection. It has kept my phone in pristine condition, but again, I drop my phone very infrequently, so I don’t think this would provide enough protection for frequent/rougher drops. Overall, I’m super disappointed in how gross the color has gotten in only a few months, and I don’t think it’s worth the money. I bought an Otterbox thinking the quality would be better than generic clear cases on Amazon, but it seems to be about the same quality for 3x the price of comparable cases. Save your money and get one of those instead. UDPATE: I’ve changed my review to 1 star because this is the worst phone case I’ve ever used. After only 8 months of use and only taking the case on/off a couple times to clean it, the rubber has stretched out, creating big gaps around the volume buttons and charging port. It’s gotten so loose that my phone is actually sliding out of the case now. I’ve used Otterbox cases for over a decade and have always loved them but this product was a huge disappointment. Absolutely don’t waste your money

Not a good case. Plastic warped after 6 months. Got a replacement under warranty and it warped again. It’s too expensive to have such a big design flaw. Spigen is half the price and lasts longer.

Love this it is a really good phone case for iphone 13 pro.

La funda es resistente, su color es transparente y no se atora en mi bolsillo. Es la segunda funda de esta marca que compro, la pasada era para un iphone 11, la tuve por 2 años y mi teléfono luce como nuevo. Estoy muy satisfecho con esta marca de fundas, sin duda estoy seguro que protegerá muy bien a mi nuevo teléfono. Además es fácil de instalar.

I purchased this case just over 6 months ago. I went with the brand name of Otterbox after having disappointing experiences with cheaper off-brands. But, the softer sides have already become discoloured & there has been some flaking from the clear back despite regular cleaning as recommended. It is protecting the phone well, which is the primary purpose, but I would have just hoped that for the cost the sides wouldn't have turned yellow within 6 months.
