Great replacement unit
I have a Ram truck and the radio display started going blank plus the sd card slot would go off intermittently so I was looking for a replacement unit.A factory unit was way overpriced so I thought I would give this unit a try.The installation wasn't too difficult.I ordered a pigtail to plug into the existing wiring which also helped a lot. From Amazon :XtremeAmazing Car Stereo Radio Wire Harness and Antenna Adapter for Ram 1500 2500 3500 2013-2019 Challenger 2015-2017About the only problem that I had was finding 12vdc accessory power.I had to use a meter and try several different contact s but finally located what I needed.I did not find that acc power on the old plug which was surprising. The camera hooked up nicely. The camera that it comes with is not very good.I used my old camera and wiring from a previous installation that connected to a separate display.Pros: Good value for the price. It does everything that I want.Installation was pretty straight forward.Instructions were adequate. The sound is as good as before.Rear view camera display is nice to have. The display is crisp and the layout done nicely.Looking forward to pairing my phone with it.Cons : Camera is pretty crappy.I have a 1 inch gap at the bottom that I need to find a plastic piece to cover the hole. Conclusion : It seems to be well constructed . You can't beat the price. I would definitely buy again.

Fits 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5s
Pro tip get a adapter, it will make your life easier.I got this just for the back up cam.I fully understand wire diagrams and electrical work so it's not to hard.I hooked it up spliced first,One wire seemed to go nowhere, and they suggest mounting the ground. The way I had it the dimmer activated the rear cam. After adapter install no issue. The rear cam is a little confusing to hook up, so the power Has to hook up to the reverse lights to come on Only when reversing.I hooked it up to the license plate lights and it stays on when parking lights are on so don't do that. Also I had to buy some extra 16 gauge wire because the power cord was not long enough. You need a drill and good bit to remove the radio mounting plate. The display fits just fine and there are many holes for adjusting. I have mine back a bit and it fits real snug.Be super careful full of pulling the trim off, mine broke to bits because of all the sun, the bottom is ok but you will probably destroy the top.The back up cam is decent qualityAnd the video wire was long enough to tuck under trim all the way to the radio. The radio/display is real nice. The touch screen works great. I don't use the car play, but it works with my daughters note 10.I've had it in for over 2 weeks and no pealing or bubble's.The radio works just the same but looks nice. The Bluetooth works real nice and syncs and starts playing after you shut the car off and turn it back on.Takes and makes phone calls no prob.If you are lazy like me you can just hook up the front cam, wire just the power to the back up cam not the red from the video cord,And simply push the front cam tab on the radio. I believe if you go the extra mile it comes on automatically. It has a 50watt amp pre installed and it's good enough to blow your Factor 6x9s no prob, I keep it under 5 on the base till I get new ones.It has a slot for a subwoofer just remember it has a amp alreadyThe dials are small and have a led backlight with auto or preferred color. There is a usb charging port, it works great. There is a sd port but I haven't used it.The display has 3 brightness modes day time, night time, and display off if you like having the cockpit dark at night. The remote and wheel remote work I just find no need for them.Over all I give it a 9/10 and I only took a point off because install of the back up cam was a little confusing at first.

Good upgrade to older car radio but lack of instructions is frustrating.
The media could not be loaded. I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla. The existing radio with a CD player worked fine but I wanted a newer radio with Bluetooth and a backup camera. The Double Din seemed to fit the bill. I ordered it and it arrived the next day. I used a YouTube video to learn how to disassemble the console.First tip, order a wiring harness adapter for your specific make and model of car, I got mine from the W-mart for $10. The plugs fit my radio and the wiring colors and function matched exactly to the existing wires from my car. In less than half an hour, the radio was hooked up and working. The backup camera was extremely frustrating. Again, there are no instructions included with your radio or camera. I watched four different youtube videos and none really explained the whole process. I had to pick up pieces of info from each one. The second tip, you have to hook up every red wire on the audio video cables to a power source. On the camera end, you have to wire the red wires into the reverse light power supply. On the radio end, I had to wire together the red wire with the purplish wire that comes out of the small harness with the white plastic plug that goes into the radio and tie both of those into the red power supply from the car to the radio. The wire had a label that said: "Reverse". There are two other wires coming out of that harness that weren't needed for my car (one said parking brake and the other had four letters on it).Don't bother trying to use the phone mirror option. The app for this radio, called Hi-Link, has not been updated since 2019 and does not work with current Android operating systems. I downloaded it even though I got a warning saying the app might be dangerous and tried it. It kind of worked for a second then locked up the screen on the radio and appeared to stop and start over and over again on my phone until I uninstalled it. They should not advertise this option with this radio and that app because it simply doesn't work.In spite of the difficulty of installation and the phone mirror not working, I am very happy and a little proud of my new fancy radio. I did need to order a trim piece to fill in the gaps because this radio is slightly smaller than the Toyota radio it replaced. In total, I spent about $100 for the radio, wiring harness, and trim piece. Not too shabby. It's almost like I got a new car for the price of an inexpensive radio.Good luck with installation and don't forget, every solid color red wire needs to be connected to a red wire with power (reverse light, car dash 12 v) and the stupid backup camera wires (red and pink) need to be connected to the power supply of the car as well (at least for a 2005 Toyota Corolla). If you get absolutely frustrated, send me a message and I will try to help.
