If nothing else this provides a good stretch if you’re feeling pain in your foot. As far as long term effects it’ll be determined how consistent you are with the product. I used this multiple times a day for the first few weeks then eventually it became something I use when I remember that it’s underneath my desk. It definitely helps the cause.

awsome, a bit over priced to the point of easily making your own but works wonders, keep it by your desk/bed whatever and hit it a few times a day its great kills the pain and strengthens the foot bed, highly recomended over any bs inserts

Feels good

Haven’t been able to do any real exercises on it yet, my PF is still too painful. But I do the stretches and it feels great. It’s such a simple design but like nothing else I’ve tried for stretching and exercising the foot effectively.

Helps me relieve pain cause by PF. Stretches and strengthens. When not able to run I can at least lift and ride while recovering from a “brutal” attack of fasciitis. It’s not uncomfortable to use and the social pages give regular tips on foot health. Highly recommend for people willing to put a few minutes in every day. This is my first experience with PF so I know with regular use this will keep me free from another bout.

This is very helpful for those who are including the "Rathleff protocol" heel raises in their plantar fasciitis regimen. It's certainly a step up (as it were) from a rolled-up towel. I wouldn't call the rounded top "slippery," but I do have to reposition my toes every few reps; future models would benefit from a little more grip. The flat bottom would also benefit from more traction, particularly for use on stairs that are painted or otherwise lack friction.

I’ve had plantar fasciitis in both feet for over a year. I’ve suffered on and off for years. While going to physical therapy and learning what I needed to work on to regain strength and alleviate pain, I found this online. I read reviews and watched videos and figured I’d give it a try. I’ve only had this a few days and can already notice a difference. I do think it is a little overpriced, but overall a good product so far.

It’s a good concept, but I’m disappointed in the material used for the product. It’s. Slippery foam roller type material, and I find that my feet slip right off after 1-2 heel raises, so it’s hard to keep your toes in extension during the exercises. I even tried it with grippy socks but still slip off. Covered it with a towel but still slipped off. Wish it was a softer squishy gel filled roll with a grippy fabric on top or something. For the price, I’ll just roll up a towel and struggle less with slipping off.

Initially bought the cheaper version (other brand) which disintegrated after a few months of daily use. This product way sturdier, feels better under foot.
