If you are looking for simple, elegant, every-day-use desktop computer don't look beyond this. Aesthetics: Slim, lightweight, and elegant. Specs: Excellent specs for i5 and i7 version. Scalable up to 32GB RAM, I have it configured for 12GB and works fine for my regular needs. 512GB SSD is fast and responsive Monitor: Decent. Touch screen is adequate and responsive. Even limits glare. I placed it by my office window where I used to have my Macbook desktop earlier. That was annoying experience with Mac monitor, where glare was a problem when I keep my blinds open during daytime. No issues with Acer screen now. Keyboard and Mouse: Functional. Easy to connect using bluetooth. Just make sure to pop the sensor from mouse and plug it in on the desktop for bluetooth connection. Same sensor used for both keyboard and mouse I am an advanced IT professional. But main usage of this desktop is everyday home-office work, zoom calls w/family & colleagues at my volunteering place, school work for kids, intensive photo editing, lightweight video editing, and email / news / browsing. Functions well for all that I do on this desktop

Hey this PC rocks except for the camera. But it's a one megapixel so don't expect anything or you will be sorely disappointed.

Is a very fast computer, good specs, works well with photoshop, illustrator, running at the same time.

First, this unit is only a year and a half old. Within the first 8 months, I had to get the screen replaced. Lately, the keyboard went wacky, then the wifi would constantly go in and out and now, the fan has started cycling. I have never had a problem with any other brand of compute and I've had many. So, I will NEVER but and Acer computer again

Got this for my wife for her business, she loves it.

KEYBOARD should be silent, you hear every key stroke. Apple, Lenovo, HP the cordless keyboards/mouse are silent. You don't hear the keystrokes. I will be requesting a return.

Me parece una de las mejores opciones por este precio, (pagué alrededor de 17 mil pesos) el procesador es ideal para hacer trabajos de office, navegar por internet sin problemas, le he dado un uso de ligero a medio y va excelente, el ensamble es bueno, los materiales están bien para el precio, la pantalla es cómoda ya que se adapta en varios ángulos, los altavoces son su punto débil pero en general estoy muy satisfecha con mi compra hasta ahora, lo recomiendo. Mi teclado llegó en inglés.

Excellent for the price

No pude probarlo, al encenderlo solo mostró lineas, desconozco si es/fue falla de fabrica ,defecto o un mal manejo de mercancía por parte de la paquetería (golpe, caídas) , las cajas no mostraban daño, lastima tenia buenos acabados, ahora he iniciado el proceso de devolución y volveré a hacer la compra Actualizo que la devolución y reembolso fue fácil, sin cuestionamientos, únicamente una breve explicación del motivo y listo, volví a realizar la compra y esta vez todo bien al parecer.

Actualice mi hp Omni 2000 que tenia desde el 2009 y jamas falló, esta acer tiene un diseño moderno, pantalla, de muy buena calidad, actualice a Windows 11 en pocos pasos , espero dure también otros 10 años la tengo en mi negocio, el teclado es demasiado pequeño pero te acostumbras. La recomiendo

Mal, equipo!! despues de año y medio de uso ya no prendio . y casi no la uso. Despues de 4 semanas y no han podido arregarla. no saben que es parece ser algo de la tarjeta principal. En fin es una mala experiencia. no recomendada
