How do you change the batteries?

Remove the two screws on the back of the round green switch at the top of the necklace. Pop out the batteries to replace. Uses CR2032 3V Lithium batteries. Put cover back on, insert/tighten screws and enjoy!

Mine won’t stay on. The lights light up when i press the button but turn off when i let it go. How do i make t stay on?

One of four necklaces did this this too. I open the battery compartment, pulled out button, placed it all back together and it worked correctly.

Are these supposed to come with spare batteries? Mine did not.

Yes, mine did have spare batteries with when I ordered them over a year ago. However, they did not last long.

There are 2 options available, one is the 9 bulb necklace the other is a 13 bulb necklace. What is the length of each?

length of them are not changed based on qty of bulbs my necklace is 36 inches long
