I recently purchased the Neil Med nasal rinse machine from Amazon - What a difference this machine makes for cleaning out your nasal area. for the past several years I have been using the saline nasal sprays to refresh my nasal passages but at an expensive cost and did not work as well. The thing I like about this product is- NO BATTERIES and is very effective for the cleaning process and fast. This product allows you to set how you want your spray to work, pulse or continuous flow with another selection to set the amount of pressure that is comfortable for you. out of all the selections I had to choose from, I feel that this is the top of any selection for an appliance like this. This machine has other pluses than many of the other products available, like using other generic rinse additives, you are not locked in to use only the product for that machine and you can see the difference in price you pay for that option. I am sure you will like this product if purchased. It may take two or three times of use to get the hang of using this machine.

This unit absolutely does not leak. I wanted to get that out of the way first. Just line up the plastic grooves, push until it clicks, and screw it in good enough. You can actually look through the bottom side of the tubing unit when sliding it into the base to make sure that the inlet and outlet meet correctly.I wanted to get that out of the way first, because I ended up choosing this product over others because a lot of the bad reviews were obviously due to user error, so I couldn't tell if this product was actually bad or not.So, my review is focused on the continuous flow feature. It does not produce a continuous flow. It just pulses about twice as frequently. And a bit (maybe twice) more aggressively. The lowest setting, with any tip, on continuous is way too fast. The reservoir is empty in about a quarter of the time it usually takes me when using their bottles, which is not a positive (don't take it as a "time-saving" type of thing). My problem is dry nose, dry mucus. I need to let everything get wet and give it time to absorb moisture, and then flush it out. This is impossible with this unit.Because a lot of my sinus passages were obstructed, it seems that the path of least resistance was my left eustachian tube, which is now filled with gunk. It's about the end of the day here now, and this started after using it last night.I think the best solution would be buying a different product, but filling it with neilmed packs if you don't like theirs.

This is awesome. Had surgery recently so the adjustable pressure for either pulsating or steady flow is gentle enough yet strong enough to get the sh!! Out. A tad loud but so easy. For the circumstances I love it.

Love- works great for my special needs kiddo that can’t blow his nose!

Had previous unit-worked well. However with normal use, the small electric wire pulled out of the wall plug, tried to repair but was not dependable- this was a replacement.

I like this better than the bottles I used to squeeze.

So far this is just OK. We had a nasal irrigator that lasted 10 years and it was our go to every time allergies got bad or we got a cold. Even our kids loved it. When it broke, I chose this to replace it, and it is so cheaply made in comparison. I will be surprised if it lasts more than two years.
