What is the height range for the adjustable feet/legs?

Hello! Thank you for your question. There is up to 0.39 inches or 1cm of levelling adjustment for the feet. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any further questions! Sincerely, Chris - Nordik by Design

Is it possible to get it in 23” from one leg to the other?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to support custom sizes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any further questions or need assistance finding a suitable product, please don't hesitate to contact us directly!!

Can the feet be adjusted so that there is not that gap of space between the cylinder of the leg and the rounded foot?

No, it cannot. P.s. The color is much lighter than in the photo
