Not just nice looking, but it keeps liquids hot or chilled
We had an old glass lined thermal carafe that fell apart because of age. Searching for a replacement we decided to get this stainless steel Heritage66 thermal carafe. After using it for a month to make and dispense our hot morning tea, we really like it. There are days when we keep hot tea in it for over 6 hours. Of course the tea isn't steaming hot, but it's still plenty warm & doesn't need reheating in our microwave. The dispensing lid works very well. Cleaning it isn't difficult with the included brush and it always looks clean.

Absolutely Love This
This thing works amazingly well. I can boil water in the morning, still have hot water at night and it is still warm the following morning. The capacity is prefect (I use one of these for smaller meetings and gatherings of about 12 people (could probably serve a few more people - depends on if the crowd are heavy tea drinkers). No leaking issues. Well built and sturdy.

For the money, it's probably as good as thermos as you can get.
I have yet to find a thermos or carafe that can keep coffee hot for any extended amount of time, which is true of this one. When it's full, the coffee stays hot. Once you start pouring coffee out, the rest doesn't stay hot for more than an hour and you'll need to zap it in the microwave. The design is good, easy to pour, easy to clean.

Worked very well for us and lasts
Purchased this over 2 years ago - still working well- keeps our coffee hot all day - and we use it every single day and it looks nice as well.

Perfect carafe
The cute little cleaner that comes with this carafe is pretty useless, but the carafe is great! The cleaner itself is too short to actually use on the carafe (you can sort of tell even in their picture that it will be). Plus, it's just a silicone brush. It works for cleaning other things, I guess. Never-the-less, we LOVE the carafe. It keeps the coffee hot and seals well.

Solid construction, with one annoying design flaw
We have used this numerous times and it works great and keeps coffee hot for a very long time. The handle also seems very sturdy, which is vital because you will spend a couple of minutes shaking the living daylights out of this thing every time you wash/rinse it before you can let it dry. It has one very annoying design flaw… Where the stainless steel and the plastic components come together there is a significant lip on the inside. Therefore it leaves probably a tablespoon of liquid in it that will not drain out when you pour. And no matter how much I hold it upside down and shake it, I cannot get all of the water out but if you don’t mind letting it air dry with the lid off for 24 to 48 hours, that last teaspoon or so of water will eventually evaporate, and you can then put it away without worrying about it getting moldy/musty on the inside… Or simply store it with the lid off I suppose. I would have given it five stars if not for that.

Bad
From beginning there was a bad plastic smel. Within 10 days rusted inside, Lost the insulation and start to shine the heat from external wall.

The delivered vacuum-sealed Thermos Flask is not working as it was intended. hot water, coffee, and karak tea all get cold fast.
