I had to search quite a while to find this style (shape and material) again. I have some similar, older pot holders that I love, but I wanted to put them in a cabin. Those ones have lasted at least 10 years and hardly show any wear. These new pot holders are almost identical, with a slightly different shape. I find these very easy to pick up hot pans and dishes from the oven. They offer extremely good heat resistance, and the rubber lines grip dishes, preventing slips. They are easy to clean, usually only requiring a damp wipe. I got the grey color, which is a dark, stone grey. It's just what I expected.

Taking away stars simply because the product is not as pictured. In the pictures, one side has a sleeve or pocket of sorts so that you can slip it onto a pot handle. The product I received has no pocket on either side. The pocket may have been removed from this product for good reason, I don’t really know, I just hate it when a product does not match the picture that is used.

I had been using a kitchen towel for removing hot things from the oven: clumsy and I often got minor burns; once dropped a pie shell.I hate oven gloves and have tried several "innovative" pot holders. Blah.These are BY FAR the best I've ever used. They're heavy enough, flexible enough, the right size and they don't slip. I am overjoyed.

Great little pot holder. It seems to be very heat resistant and should last a long time. Little pricey, but like other All-Clad products, you get what you pay for.Overall, I would recommend this product.

These are the best hot pads ever! I like mine so well, I give them as gifts to all my friends and family who love to cook.

I was replacing my old pan holder and even though it looks just the same, this one is very stiff. It may be just that I need more time to get it to soften up (I hope so). Overall it's a good pan holder.

I bought these to upgrade from the big box store pot holders that always fell apart. I wash my potty holders frequently so I need durability. While these are durable AND perfect grip. They are however a little large. I find my self dipping them in the food all the time. Not a huge huge problem but kinda annoying.
