I grabbed this particular item because it was a multi-pack at a good price that seemed durable. I was skeptical because I had quickly burned through another brand similar item I'd purchased locally. So I thought I'd need a lot.I was wrong! I almost finished my entire job with just one disc. I used it in my angle grinder to sand/polish a brick fireplace I'm refinishing. Highly recommend, great value and very durable.

Rips through hard paint and rust. Much faster than power wire brush or blasting.

I used them on my rusty bumper. Took off a good amount of rust and paint. I used two discs on the bumper so they are very durable. A good price for the probuct

4-1/2" x7/8'' Stripping Discs Rust Remover Wheel, work very well, does not cause any further damage, and is safer to use than expected. They do wear out, at a reasonable rate, but well worth the investment for that restoration job.

I used these to strip stucco off a concrete retaining wall. Sounds crazy but these were the only thing that worked. They wore down fast but lasted long enough to get my job done.

These work great, used it for stripped old coating off a truck frame. Last awhile too.

Do you do a great job removing paint the metal looks so clean when you’re done and it works fast unfortunately you have to be careful in the corners because it rips the plastic up pretty quick. It gets snagged on an edge and it rips chunks off but if you’re careful and you got a pretty flat spot it’s fantastic for taking paint off it’s done in seconds.

The media could not be loaded.  Came fast. Fits on my grinder and does the job without much wear. Only used it once

Took a risk trying these out to quickly remove multiple layer of paint from wood.Have to say they exceeded expectations. They made light work of the task, saving me time.

Have 32 lengths of reclaimed Victorian cast iron guttering to strip for a renovation project. Have tried wire wool and also hired a needle scaler to get the lumps off. These are the best of all though, and strip the paint and rust off really well, and quickly - without damaging the underlying surface.They are not too noisy, but it is still worth using ear defenders. Do use a mask though as so much is stripped that it goes everywhere. A slight issue is durability - as they probably only do 2 or 3 lengths before they are shot, but then they are pretty cheap over all. If you are using the edge of the disc to get into a corner then they can wear out quicker, but the pack of ten should sort the entire job for me, which is well worth the cost. Because of their shape, they don't get everywhere, so there are bits that I will still have to tackle with wire brushes, but overall - these do a fantastic job for a very reasonable price.

One side of a car with bottom of sealing took me 3 disks. Flat surface get clean to bare metal really great but any little holes and pitting caused by rust stays unclean.

These are my new favourite attachment. They remove rust, or paint and then leave a very clean smooth finish ready for undercoatThey have replaced my flapwheels for that kind of jobI am only buying these from now on.Pretty sure these are a game changer for most people
