No, it does not track, but you can use the remote to manually track. Additionally, there is the ability to preset camera adjustments depending on the fixed locations you might have in a space.

Hi, the USB does not supply power to the camera. The camera has a power cord that connect on the back of the Huddlecam. USB connection supplies the picture to your monitor. I hope this helps.
