Wenko Kitchen Scale with Clock, Red

Bought this clock/scales to replace one I have had for many years, wanted it in grey to go with my new kitchen being refurbished so have only in the last couple of months had it hanging in the kitchen, the first battery lasted a couple of days and the clock stopped, so bought new batteries and replaced the old one, again the clock only worked for a couple of days so replaced the battery again and again the second hand just judders so therefore the clock will not keep good time (at all). My Husband said that I should have sent it back but obviously I have thrown out the packaging. All in all very disappointed with my purchase from Amazon.

The scales are fine do exactly what you want, but the dial clock ticks at a ridiculously high decibel!!! We removed the separate battery from the clock but kind of defeats the purpose of the clock.
