A non stick pan that's ACTUALLY a non stick pan.
I put this pan to the test right away with things that usually give me issues in supposed non stick pans. I did all kinds of eggs, cheesy baked pasta, fried potatoes, seared steaks, curries and casseroles. So far it works perfectly! Everything slid out easily and the pans never had to be soaked and scraped just cleaned super easy.

Decent
3.5 stars, rounded up.What I really want is an all-purpose nonstick pan that can be my workhorse. I cook dinner for my family about 5 nights weekly, and at least half of those dinners involve one good frypan/saucepan/sauté pan. The nonstick surface on my two-year-old T-Fal had just died, and once that happens, everything sticks even worse than a non-nonstick pan. I also want to be able to toss it in the dishwasher; I want it to withstand high temperatures; I want a lid; and I want a helper handle.Ultimately, after doing a great deal of informal research and experimentation, I've learned that there are two kinds of nonstick pans. There is the kind that the seller says cannot go in the dishwasher or withstand high heat; and there's the kind that the seller pretends can withstand the dishwasher and high heat, but they're lying. So I would be more unhappy with this pan than 3 and a half stars, but for one thing: the lid to this pan fits exactly on the old-school Revereware skillet I found at a local thrift store. The lack of a good lid is all that was keeping that pan from being my workhorse, even though it isn't nonstick, because Revereware is copper-bottomed and super easy to clean, as well as dishwasher safe. (If you go that route, don't buy it new; it's a collectible, and hugely expensive. Go to a thrift store!)As for this pan, I did use it to sauté the mushrooms for a skirt steak the other night, and it cooked evenly, has a good, flat surface, looks beautiful, and cleaned up like a dream. My only complaint is that the lid and the helper handle are punched out of a thick sheet of metal, so they are awkward and uncomfortable to handle, and not heatproof.I'm a little discouraged, as you can probably tell, but I do think I got the best deal for what is available.

Do not pass medium heat
If you have the patience to pass medium heat theses are the best!

Pretty good
If you rate it on nonstick on the scale 1-10? About an 8. I was making turkey burgers and they were sticking. And the coating is starting to crack. I follow the usage instructions to the letter, but I'm getting hairline cracks in the pan coating which happens early in the use.

The fry pan is amazing.
Have been looking for a pan with lid that I could use on stove or in oven. This pan is perfect! I’ve used it almost every night. Love how large it is!

Works as it should.
The size is great. I was able to brown a 5lb package of ground beef in this (meal prep). Deep dish, so your able to cook family meals easily with plenty of room. Did as it's supposed to do, didn't stick, even heat distribution. Gave it a 4 instead of a 5 for two reasons. One is, yea it big so you kinda have to struggle to fit it in the dishwasher, but it does fit. The second reason is after washing it, it has the smell of the last meal cooked in there. Clean wise, yes it's clean, but the odor is still there. Don't store it with the lid on after you wash it, let it air out for several days before putting it away. Overall great product.

Very easy to clean!
Love how easy it is to clean, and thank goodness because it's a little big for the sink. Nothing has stuck yet.

Great frying pan
I purchased a Gothem steel cookware set, but the frying pan that came with it is a little small. This is great, plenty big enough to handle just about anything you want to cook. Clean up is easy, not as heavy as you might think by its size. We love it.

Fantastic deep pan!
Heat transfer with this pan is extremely good! Coating seems high quality and very nice to cook with. This is my new favourite pan!
