who rates enema coffee on flavor?
LOL I didn't taste it, but I think if I concentrated I might be able to.. jk this is enema coffee, its for your butt n stuff.. but I guess if you're out of coffee in the am, you could use this in a pinch.. but the bag says in big bold white letters ENEMA COFFEE so it might put you off. ok so I was having some digestive issues I bought this and tried it out, it worked well. cleaned me right out. First when you are using anything like this read the directions all the way through before you start making it. like boil the water and read the directions so you know what you are doing - I drink a lot of coffee so I was like - eh strong coffee yeah that's what i want.. yes for normal consumption.. not for the enema bean juice, it its your first time. ugh. do not make it too strong, it stimulates your intestines a bit and the pressure from the enema can be a bit much (esp if you're a novice like me ) so the stronger it is the harder it is to hold the coffee in.. so you feel like you need to evacuate the coffee.. in the normal way you do which is a weird feeling.. Before you do this enema get yourself set up comfortably in the bathroom near the toilet as well... towels to lay on one rolled up for your head.. nice quiet place with quick access to the privy.. also don't hold the bean juice in too long , even if you are close make sure you have enough time to make it to the toilet I made a strong batch, held it in too long and had a major blowout on my way to the toilet.. not good but my bad.. nothing like coffee enema water all over the toilet seat bidet and wall - its coffee it smells like coffee nothing else but its not fun to clean up this stuff when it shoots out your bum. this helped with digestion, sleep and energy levels for sure. it was great! I have done it 3 times in total, once a month and its fantastic. just do it right when and if you are starting out.

Smells fresh, easy to brew and is accepted well internally! And I feel great!
I brew a 64oz pot of coffee concentrate at a time using about a half cup of coffee grinds. About 2tbs per pint. After brewing I fill 4 16oz mason jars for 4 enemas. I add one 16oz jar of coffee concentrate and one more 16oz jar of filtered water to dilute to a full quart of enema coffee in my bucket. Using it at approx 90 to 100 degrees seems to work well for me to take in a full quart and hold for 5-20 minutes. Sometimes on occasion I can reach 18-20 mins but usually seem to average about 6-9 minutes holding time before I have to release. This coffee seems to agree with me will, no cramping or adverse reactions at all. I boil it for about 3-5 minutes then lower to a simmer with a lid on the pot for another 15 mins or so. Let it cool and then strain thru a s/s fine sieve lined with cheesecloth into mason jars, stored in the fridge till Use then re-warmed. Doing daily coffee enemas brewing every 4th day. At $20/lb, I cannot say that it’s a great value for the money for enema usage.

Great coffee and great costumer service!
It is a high quality coffee. However, I had a problem with my latest purchase, the bag came with a hole in it. I do not know if it was because it came with other products, or if it already had a hole in it. Therefore, I wrote a note to the company explaining the situation, and their customer service was excellent. They responded quickly to my distress, and they said they would send me another bag for free. Since I had bought the product, but it came defected I didn't want to pay twice. But they were great. I'm very thankful, and I will continue to buy the coffee enema from them. I am using the coffee enema to help with my heavy metal detox. Their coffee is fresh and the package it's great.

Gentle Medium Roast
I am writing from the perspective of a person who suffers from chronic Lyme disease. So the need to detoxify my liver is strong and is and a coffee enema is an effective tool in managing the symptoms of this disease. . Aussie Health advertises this coffee as a medium to light roast, and I disagree. Based on my use of other brands I would definitely rate this a medium roast, meaning that it is more gentle and with less caffeine. So for a casual or beginning user I would recommend this product. However for a person with a chronic illness I have found Pure-Life products to be much more effective. I do strongly recommend starting with a medium roast before advancing to a light roast. For me the ultra - light roast by Pure Life I have found to be the most effective. And I buy the whole bean and grind it as I need it. But even their medium roast I have found to be slightly more effective than the Aussie Health. Aussie does have the best packaging as the method they have for re-closing the bag is very effective. I hope you find this information is helpful.

I really like using this coffee for enemas.
I’ve tried the green bean coffee for enemas but I’m not sure if I used too much on my first time but it made me feel really I’ll and nauseous. I can’t even stand the smell of it. I’m not new to enemas or colonics so I’m pretty sure it wasn’t from “detox symptoms” but this coffee works well with me.
