Khandsari sugar is healthy alternative since it does not have so much refining like that of white sugar. So it contains trace minerals. It also has low glycemic index and therefore doesn't spike the glucose levels. The glycemic load is distributed for a few hours so that the energy is maintained for those hours. But still "DIABETIC PERSON SHOULD CONSUME THIS IN MODERATION" It's not a free pass to sugar. It does provide calories and increases blood sugar levels (just less than jaggery and white sugar). It's a good product. Taste is so good.

Overall Khan suger is absolutely okey. But need to sattle price because 250 Rs 2 kg are high. 200 Rs will be okey or below 200 Rs are best

Good quality, earthy, sondhi smell.Only one thing, I found a small white sugar's ball in it which was coated in brown sugar. Don't know what was it.
