Been taking this product to help unblock tubes i don't know if it's working or not

My husband and I have been trying for a baby for one year. My aunt suggested we buy this product because she's heard so many good things about it. After I did some research I decided, heck wouldn't hurt to try and I was excited to try it even! When I received this product I was disappointed. The product came open and it spilled inside its box. I won't even try it because it's already open. So sad. I just wanted to get a head start you know and this felt like being kicked when you're already down.

Just tried for the first time today,IT DOES NOT TASTE LIKE WINE. It was like trying to gag down soy sauce. I'll keep trying and see if I can eventually keep it down and hopefully conceive. *fingers crossed*
