Very bad service and default airfryer
Very bad service by Amazon and kent, we received default airfryer and now I can't able to replace this because of open box service that delivery man ran away immediately after saying I don't have time give me otp and I want to go for other delivery because of this we are suffering so much issues. Very bad service I am not going to buy anything from Amazon and kent

I AM HAPPY TO HAVE DEDICATED AFTER SALE SERVICE FOR KENT DIGI PLUS AIR FRYER ND THE PRODUCT ITSELF
I received a defective product. I am not getting any service either from the seller or the authorized service partner or agent of the manufacture of the product in spite of repeated service calls and I am unable to use the produce since I bought it. Now I am refreshing my feedback as follows: Initially I received a defective product which did not work. I ha also purchased additional warranty of the product for one year more at the time of purchase at a nominal cost. Under the warranty, KENT RO SYSTEMS LTD has replaced defective Air Fryer with a new one which is now working properly. I am really happy with the sincere efforts of the Kent and its after sale service people to address my concern. I am thankful to the concerned people at Kent's head office for monitoring the subject issue on regular basis for replacement of the defective product. Now, I am good with the product and look forward for similar services from the Kent in the future. Now, I am inclined to assign 5 STARS to the product and after sale service of the product.
