Likes. Length ..managed to get all my sofits clean and jet out my gutters. Compact.. have used it on jobs in London easy to transport. Options. Brushes and mops and squeegee all in. Easy to use. .. have learnt that it's by far easier to use with it straight up from where you stand don't be tempted not to move the car and lean it across. It's far easier and quicker to move the car. Dislikes Using the water brush leaves smears. Have tried putting rinse aid in the bottle which helped. Also using car wash soap. But found using the brush to clean all the dirt off but after that use the mop and squeegee combo every 2 weeks leaves the windows clean and no streaks.

I'm rarely moved to write reviews, but I just thought it worth noting that this is actually a pretty decent thing. Would it stand up to heavy commercial use? Probably not, but it isn't being sold for that. I think for occasional home use it will last a good long time. It's quite light, the pole feels comfortable in the hand and the soap mixing attachment works well.

Cleaning soffits above conservatory. Difficult to handle at full extension. Sweeping side to side nigh on impossible, but ok with vertical movements working along slowly. You can't apply much pressure to scrub the boards. It does clear most of the algae and dirt. I think by using a upvc cleaning solution might improve the performance. I just used soapy water. It is good quality and pretty robust when not fully extended. It has about the right weight to robustness ratio. Any heavier would mean I would need to train at a gym to use it. It is much easier to use when not fully extended. Overall I'm happy with it.

Well this was a real surprise! I was expecting ok but it is actually outstanding! Really well put together,sturdy and very easy to assemble even with the most cursory glance at the instructions. I have cleaned my soffits and windows and had absolutely no problems. The only minor criticisms I could level are the hose seems to be overly long and there is no water control, however I must balance these minor issues with the fact there was an unexpected soap dispenser included which was most welcome. Tremendous value overall and I am very happy with my purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this brand to anyone looking for one. Thank you!

I found it hard work, got soaked while washing the bedroom windows and left them covered in smears so had to get the ladder out anyway, what a waste of money

Great for cleaning the 2nd floor windows. A little wobbly when fully extended, but does the job well.
