This one’s no joke 😅 It’s so spicy but I can’t stop using it. I only used a small pinch and it lit up my food. Love the burn and the flavor, exactly what I wanted.

The whole pepper flakes are great. Very hot when cooked. Not quite as earthy and woodsy as I was hoping, but very nice.

I love this spice! A little goes a long way. It has true Thai flavor, you get a nice amount for the money, a great value! I have used it with vegetables, tofu and rice, really great in eggs and on potatoes. Daughter loves it on burgers. Our family loves spicy and Thai food; this spice does the job. Comes in sealed bag and is very fresh and of nice color. Smells and tastes great, brings the flavor of our favorite authentic Thai restaurant home. 100% recommend!

This has wonderful balance of heat and flavor. Nice complexity. I use this to stir into homemade dal, chili, soups and pasta dishes. While everyone has their own spicy preference level, I feel this is a great product as you can use more or less depending on how much heat you need.
