Interesting taste. I have been adding 1 teaspoon to my smoothies and porridge in the morning, can't add any more than that as the taste is a bit strong for me. They are meant to be good for you and your overall health. I can't really measure that but my skin has been really good, I normally get breakouts from time to time but I have been adding this product to my food for over a month now and no breakouts! Also I still have more than half a jar left, so it lasts a long time! The smell is amazing! It smells like good quality honey!

This is great for fighting fatigue. You get a natural boost of energy and stamina which stabilises throughout the day, no peaks or crashes. Be careful of building up tolerance slowly with small amounts to begin with.

Good product , I like that it contains a lot as I take 1tsp a day with yoghurt in the morning for my immune system , a bit crunchy and hard than other ones I have taken , taste is good once you get used to it , fair warning : that it could contain bee parts , I have found so far a bee wing , bee leg parts and a small piece of wood .. just look out before you consume it and you’ll be fine , it’s a natural product so these things can happen I suppose 😊

A bit strange to taste at first but once you've had a few times it's a delicious way to keep healthy. Extremely good value , can't putca price on health anyway, and this is our second jar.

As a beekeeper of 37 years standing, I am a great believer in the products of the hive. I consume honey and propolis daily and after reading a few books on the benefits of pollen- vitamins, enzymes, nutrients etc. rather than collect my own I selected this product. Excellent flavour and not overly dried. This is now taken daily with a teaspoon of pollen sprinkled on top of Greek yogurt topped with honey. Food of the Gods!
