I use this Hawaiian parsley tincture as a detox aide. I pair it with Burbur or use it by itself (about 10 drops in a small glass of water, let it sit for a minute before drinking). I do believe it helps me feel better. The taste is very mild and not at all unpleasant. I would purchase it again.
