We use this in our combine (grain harvester) It works great for cleaning the dust off the windows. Shake it off and it's ready to go again. Trust me, it picks up a lot of fine dust during soybean harvest.

Get the dust off the car between washes for vehicles that spend a lot of time in the garage. I would only use this on a car that was washed, waxed and got dusty. I don’t use this on my daily driver. Also. Avoid touching the material of a convertible top with the duster… you’ll get lots of fine red fibers on the tops material.

Ok so I am a used car dealer and high end auto detailer. I have used many California car dusters over the years. The ones I purchased in the past were with the plastic handles. I never owned one of these detailer series wooden handle ones. So when I first purchased it and used it on one my cars. I was disappointed because it was leaving red lint everywhere on the car. Next day I tried it again same thing. Now mind you I never had this problem before. I decided to try something now for the record I have never washed one of these before never had too. I put it in the wash machine on cold water delicate setting with a tiny pinch of All free and clear. Which is what I use to clean my microfiber towels. It is free of perfume and dyes and fabric sofenter. Which you don't want any of those solutions when washing any type of microfiber towel. Anyway after I washed I dryed on low heat. I have to say the problem was solved. I have no idea why maybe the fibers got dirty and broke down over time and wore out sitting in a hot warehouse. Whatever the case maybe just follow my instructions and it will work great.

I used for the first time and was amazed how good it worked. It is better than I thought it could possibly be. My Model A has a new paint job on it and when I get home I just sweep off the dust with zero scratches. Get one these are fantastic.

Easy to use

I purchased this product back in early 2009 when I purchased my new car and still use this as my primary duster for the car even today. My honest opinion is everyone who has a car must get one! I am really OCD about keeping my car clean so here are my findings after almost 1 year of extensive use. PROS: 1. It works exactly as advertised, taking care of dust and concealing very minor scratches. 2. Does not leave behind any permanent scratches on the car unlike cheaper dusters that offer similar features. 3. The handle, although a tad heavy, provides stability especially when cleaning the roof of a tall car. 4. Even one year of frequent use, the duster works perfectly fine. I don't necessarily agree with everyone that it cleans better the dirtier it gets, but it'll suffice to say that it works just as well as day one. CONS: 1. When I first started using this product, it left semi-transparent wax streaks all over my car which I absolutely could not tolerate. Then I learned that it's just paraffin wax that the duster comes coated with and these can be easily buffed out with a soft microfiber cloth. Most of the streaking wears off after a few weeks of use. 2. This is a minor point, but my duster is not red anymore. It's virtually black in color but I suppose that's just a testament to how well it works! 3. From my usage on a shiny black car from day one, this product DOES NOT FULLY clean dried rain spots on your car as indicated by a few reviewers. It merely takes care of accumulated dust on the car, albeit very well. After taking everything into consideration, I highly recommend this product!

The product looks good and effective as per the other reviews I can give 4star.But the leadtime is too long than proposed .What made me give 3star is because I have received it will a small damage. I didn't apply for replacement just bcoz it will take another almost 3weeks

Works great. Make sure you prep the brush by leaving it on a newspaper for a couple of days to absorb any excess paraffin oil from the brush. For the first few uses you might find some smears due to the resin on the brush, but as it gathers dust that will stop. You're not really supposed to clean the brush that often- it works better when it's already soiled. I have used mine frequently this summer & it hasn't scratched my paint or caused swirls. Once you have one of these- it'll save you money on detailing sprays. It is expensive though so you could shop for a cheaper alternative. You're paying for the brand I suppose. Also because its shipped from the USA it might take a while to arrive.

Un tanto escéptico lo compré al ver la cantidad de buenas reseñas, sin embargo bajo el principio de que nada es lo que parece me aventuré a adquirirlo. Excelentes resultados, es muy estético sobre todo por la funda estilo piel que parece que traes un guante de boxeo. Recuerden leer bien el instructivo, ponerlo 24-48 hrs en papel periódico para que suelte el exceso de cera que lleva, entre más se ensucie mejor limpiará, no es necesario lavarlo pero el manual dice que si lo quieres lavar lo hagas a mano y no hay problema, secarlo al aire. En fin, un producto que si ya cuidas tu carro y odias el polvo que se acumula sólo por tenerlo estacionado te encantará. Además puedes extender el tiempo entre lavadas para ahorrar agua. Excelente producto 5 estrellas...
