Not a great product. The armature engineering is poor and impossible to rotate the light. One of the lamps stopped working after a year.

This light is a little flimsy and cheap feeling at this price. Obviously there’s a huge markup on “medical” items, but this is probably more of a “medical style” consumer light rather than something that would work in a rigorous medical environment. It was fine for our needs as it will be used lightly on a very rare basis. If the arm mechanism and articulation at the light itself was a little less “rickety”, I’d say this would be a nice light at the price. I’m concerned the arm would wear out and break easily under anything beyond light use. The unit I received was assembled incorrectly at the factory and required me to rebuild the arm (it was assembled upside down so the internal spring didn’t support the weight of the light). I’m fairly mechanical so it wasn’t a huge issue for me, but for most end users, this would have simply been an unusual light. The light itself is okay. Relatively bright and color is decent. Ours was approx 5000k (slightly warmer than daylight, but much cooler than a halogen or tungsten fixture). The pattern is a little too “spotted” in… you can expect about a 8-10in diameter illumination area at normal working distance. Something closer to 12-14in (or an adjustable spot/flood) would be ideal. All in all, I’d probably (maybe reluctantly) buy this light again, but if other lights came on the market at a similar price point that were built better (certainly doable for a several hundred dollar light) I’d go for those instead.

Absolutely inconvienant. The instructions aren't detailed enough. It shows wires and things that are not actually there. Good luck getting help from anyone. They want you to download an app to talk to them but please do your due dillagence and research the app before you download, it will mess with your phone. Just go ahead and spend a little more money for the same product from a differnet manufacuer and check the seller rep. Don't waste your time.

The light quality is yellow, not 5000K as advertised

It’s cheap for a reason. I have purchased several of these units from different vendors. They are basically the same. However, this is definitely lowest in quality. There’s only 2 wires, no ground. The LED driver is hot glued to the base of the light at 2 points and one of them was already unattached.
