You could put 4 on a 7000.1 easy

Q: What amp would your recomend for two of thease subs?

If your getting two dual 4 ohm models then I would wire them down to 1 ohm parallel and run them on either the CT sounds 1400.1D or the 1500.1T. These subs can take 1k each easy so you should be fine with either amp
