Green Origins Organic Bee Pollen, Raw 75g

As I am trying to improve my diet and eat healthy I thought I would give bee pollen a try and include it in my daily diet. First time I bought bee pollen and I am pleased. Although I don’t feel any big improvement I hope that they are benefiting me in some ways and improving my health..

I received Friday and due to being excited about trying it took a level teaspoon. Friday night I felt out of sorts, agitated, anxious and couldn’t sleep at all and I can only put it down to some sort of a reaction. Probably don’t take at night when trying it for the first time. Silly me.I tried a few granules the next day and then I’ve added a few more each day to build up. I had no reaction from the third day onwards.So if taking for the first time just go steady and try a few granules at the most to see how you react. This is a good sized mini packet to use as a trial run.It’s not unpleasant to taste but I have a spoon full of honey each morning so I stick the sticky spoon in the packet so just a few granules stick on the spoon and together with the honey it’s much easier to eat. I add more each time and there is no reaction.It’s too soon to say if I feel any benefit as it’s only been a few days but I wanted just to advise so you avoid the same issue

Underwhelming

After a recommendation adding a pinch of this to each meal for my itchy dog. Seems to work!!

Nice product but quite expensive.
