This item is effective but works really slow. I’m on my second bottle and I think I’ll be using more going forward! It’s not sticky and absorbs fast and works very well if used with azelaic acid. I mean thats what worked for me. I have acne prone skin and will breakout with the use of anything and everything but this serum has actually helped me fade my scars and did not make me breakout. It has definitely brightened my skin a little but I have to wear sunscreen when the sun’s out! So its pretty good I would say. I bought it during Amazon Prime Day so the price was less but I had to buy the second bottle for regular price.

The seal was broken. And the acid was very watery. Seems like someone tempered the acid. But it was replaced with another one which was damaged on the shipping. The smell of the product was very light and consistency was very diffident then my usual product. Usually I like this acid. But this time the quality control was not well taken care.

No damage upon receiving item, but I personally haven't seen results from this product, not sure if it was due to the combination of products in my routine or the product wasn't strong enough for my melanated skin because I have been rather consistent in using this product but as for application this product absorbs well with little to no irritation depending on your in-shower routine prior to application.

I had originally gotten this at TJMaxx to try it and I noticed within a couple weeks my skin was looking brighter and richer. Black Friday was right around the corner and got another bottle as there was a sale on this. I started using it in November. It is now March and I hadn’t used it consistently every day for about a month and started using it again daily the last week and I’m seeing my skin looking brighter again. Daily use is definitely key. It’s a low percentage of kojic acid but it works. I even asked my dermatologist about it and she said that is great. She said if I feel it’s not working as much as I was hoping she could write me a prescription for kojic acid treatment. I haven’t gone that route because I’m already happy with the results from this product. I use it to lighten some melasma on my scalp line on my forehead and also my acne scars. It actually lightens them up so they’re not as noticeable. I would recommend to anyone wanting to try a low percentage of this product.

I have had melasma many years and I use Hydroquinone which works however, you must go off every couple of months and either deal with the dark facial discolorations or try to camouflage with make-up. I know that Korean products are highly rated and this product actually contained all the dark spot eliminating substances so I thought I would give it a try. The fact that it was so inexpensive made me think this like the thousands of other products I have used in the past probably won't work. I was so blown away when it did work that I can't even tell you how thrilled I really am. I am on my second bottle and I am a committed user.

I got fake serum n it's smelly too .it's not original why you waste my money n my skin facing breakout n get pimple on my skin just bcuz of this smelly n fake serum.
