This is my first smart watch and really liked it. This is feature rich when comparing other brands at this price range.Pros :Inbuilt GPS enabled sports mode works precisely.Lot of Health related sensors like BP, Oxygen, Heart rate.Phone calls on Smart watch works fine. Don't see lagging in it.Cons:GPS has to be swtched on every time when selecting sports mode. But at this price range, I dont feel this as a drawback.Inbuilt Audio for voice calls in slightly less.

The media could not be loaded. This is my 3rd day of using it, the day when it is delivered to me the battery was fully dead. Over all the quality of watch is decent both mechanicaly and technicaly, the only thing which I did not like is the Bluetooth coverage range is very low and the the watch automatically get in find my device mode

I bought this six months ago. For the first 3 months worked ok. Since then it has become so ill smart to measure BPM on its own even without wearing it. SO, with Stress, BP monitor. Horrible. Its support is damn bad. What all they know is "UNPAIR - REPAIR". Nothing else. Damn fed up with the devise. No easy replacement as bombarded in CB marketing. Both Sell Brite and Cross Beats - a big failure in smart watch segment. CB Active App is just with 3 star rating. No firmware update. No fun in ashing precious money. Don't fall prey to Mktg glamours of CB and SB.

Wrist wake up function works slow..and wake up is slightly delayed as compared to other products in market.. it doesnt works while you are riding a bike and want to check the time.. a religious swing is needed to wake the screen up..it is quite irritating at times.. dont buy if you are expecting too much in this price tag..

Light weight and easy to use. Also quite accurate. I am happy with the smart watch. It would be good if Display always on feature would be provided.

My consent is not given to such warranty policy, in which I sent the watch to your Bangalore office on my own expense.If this watch needs to be fixed or replaced, it is your responsibility to do so.Is it possible for the customer who purchased this watch at the lowest rate to fulfill the conditions put forward in your trailing email?There is no doubt that most people will not come forward for repair or replacement.In this way, you can make your innocent customer fooled and sell a defective product.Please do what you can to maintain a positive image of your organization.

I got 2 Ignite Smartwatches and within a year both of them started giving the issue. First one used to restart continuously on its own. But as it happened just before one year completion, I was able to get repaired under warranty. 2nd one's touchscreen started giving the issue just few days after one year completion and CrossBeats support refused to repair it under warranty. They were asking for Rs 999+replacement parts charges extra+Rs200 (to and fro shipping charges). It was too much of money to be spend to repair a 3000 watch. I advised to stay away from this brand.

After watching multiple reviews and reading all the features/specifications I decided to buy this smartwatch.Crossbeats Ignite Pro is a solid device overall. The overall performance is satisfactory and so is the display quality. This is the best smartwatch in this price range. The device comes with all the requisite sensors which are almost accurate making it a perfect gadget.
