Pack of 10 or 12? All customer reviews say they only got 10

Hello Sir/Mam, We are truly sorry if anyone get 10 napkins out of set of 12 napkins, We are probing about these mistakes. I assure you that it is the pack of 12. Nothing matters for us than a happy customer so I again apologize if any disarrangements happened on any level.
