I thought this product made my under eyes look dry and heavy , I was disappointed as Charlotte Tilbury products are usually amazing

Does not help to disguise eye bags
This doesn't help to disguise bags at all. In fact I think it made them look worse. Product settles in the wrinkles under the bags so it was a total waste of money.
