I have been using cerave for the longest time but wanted a secondary face wash to really deep clean my skin for my second cleanse. I found this and I have purchased this over 9 times. There have been periods of time where I forget to use it or there’s a lapse in time from when the bottle runs out and I need to get a new one. Each time I stop using it, I can tell that my face starts to look like it’s not getting the best treatment. Then I start using this product and there is an IMMEDIATE difference. It really evens your tone and deep cleans. I get lots of compliments on my skin and I tell everyone (coworkers included) that this product works wonders. It is an amazing product for an amazing value. You can tell it is strong because it smells clean if that makes sense? There is no fragrance so it won’t bother your skin. I just cannot express how much I love this product.

For a treatment wash with 10% benzoyl peroxide, it’s effective without being too harsh — just make sure to follow up with a good moisturizer. The bottle is a good size and lasts quite a while even with daily use. My skin can be sensitive, so I started slowly and didn’t experience irritation, but if you’ve never used a high-strength BP wash before, you might want to test it on a small area first. This cleanser lathers a bit more than panoxyl so that was nice considering I'm using this for my body. The ingredients don't seem to trigger any flares up for fungal acne either. The only gripe I have is on the third use, the small protrusion on the cap that helps seal it broke clean off the flip lid and stayed lodged in the hole where the product comes out. Now I have to unscrew the entire lid everytime I want to use it, which is extra annoying to do when in the shower. Other than that it works well for breakouts.

Bought this for my son who has been experiencing late onset of acne and its helped improve his skin a lot. He tends to have more sensitive skin and this doesn’t seem to cause any issues. Gentle yet effective.

Even though this may be effective against acne is too high risk for stains. Used this in the shower before bed and destroyed pillow case with high bleach stain. Wouldn't recommend because of that. Your shirt collars will end up bleached out too.
