Packed well and arrived in perfect condition. Took about 15 minutes to assemble alone and 1 minute to install. The craftsmanship is superb - everything aligned correctly and the paint coat is perfect. It's a bit pricey at $300, but I can see why. This takes the boring, not convincing Samsung frame and makes it look like art!

I bought two of these and neither fit. I was too late to return the second.

The media could not be loaded. I got the frame TV for my birthday and just got the frame to go with that! It was very easy to install and looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend this. I did not have any problem getting the remote to work with this frame. I noted that other people had and I didn’t have any problem. I’ll show that in my video.

We purchased the black aluminum frame to our 75" Frame TV. Like most reviews here I balked at the price at first, second and third look, and I still do! BUT, I can't argue the effect it has on the Frame TV presence. It really takes things up another whole level in art mode effect. Is it ridiculously expensive? Yes. Am I going to keep it? Also, Yes. The quality really is there; I got really tight corners when assembled and it looks excellent. I'm not a huge fan of the plastic attachments they use instead of the magnets that Samsung uses though. Overall I'd have to say I believe the quality is there for the price, assuming the price doesn't blow your budget completely.

I purchased the 75" version for $550. This item should cost no more than$199. Not only is it extremely overpriced but the extended bezel blocks the light and motion sensor built into the TV which renders it pretty much useless when using art mode. The manufacturer's answer to this dilemma is to sell you a $100 external sensor that does not even have the full capability of the Samsung Frame TV's light and motion sensor. I sent it back the next day.

Massive upgrade. Elevates the frame TV to another level. High quality metal frame, looks and feels like something you'd get at a custom framing shop. Comes with somewhat easy to read instructions, and a video. Put together and enjoyed within 10 mins. I bought another in white and looks just as nice.The price is steep, but it's made to last. Really enjoying the new frame.

Like it. I think it’s a bit expensive for what it is, but it really does make the art feature seem better. So if you bought a Samsung Frame for the art feature, you’ll probably like these frames. Went together fine.
