Actually a little better than I thought it would be. I decided against buying one that included the backdrops, because buyers gave the backdrops that came WITH backdrop frames bad reviews, and many buyers said they didn't even use them. I wanted a better frame, and thats what I got. The top bar is 2 telescoping pieces, and not 4 like others, and is very sturdy. Easy to set up, store and take anywhere. very happy with my purchase!

the carry case is very disappointing, it is not like it looks on the post. the case is just a flimsy pocket slide with thin material that will shred with the use of the stands and poles, it just has a Velcro patch over the rod pocket and then the case just wraps and velcros under the handle.the rods are not heavy enough to support the back ground when extended to about 9 feet wide, it sags in the middle noticeably. I was very disappointed it this product. 2 clips for the back drop would not be enough to hold the back drops there should be at least 4 clips if you were really going to mount the back drops with them.

I'm using this set to light my painting table -- a standard 36" door. I hang 3 flood lights from the bar and it works beautifully. Lightweight yet strong enouh for my needs.

Fast shipping, is as described. I would recommend everyone purchasing one if you are wanting to get into photography and need to hang back drops. I am just getting into photography and know this will be very useful! It expands with ease but still study at the same time. Super compact and is very portable! Don't mind the messy house.

Super easy to transport and set up! I bought this so that I could take pictures of small groups of people at a fundraising event. It was great because we were able to cut all of the distracting clutter in the background out by putting up a screen. It ended up being so fun and easy that I bought a different background to use at parties

I'm not sure how this had such good reviews, maybe I just received a dud stand. My cross bar is ever so slightly bent so it's never perfectly straight making one of the legs lift when I try to make it even. Won't return because it does a good enough job, but it's definitely not worth the money. You're better off going to a photography store and purchasing one after seeing it in person.

very light weight, couldn't hold my silk scarves. Kept swaying, sagging in the middle when extended fully so Had to zip-tie it to my tent. Had to constantly make adjustments, eventually had to take it down.
