Size chart is misleading. Order at least 3 times larger than your size. Product is also non-returnable, I had so much problem contacting customer service and getting a refund. I got my refund today after talking to like 4-5 customer executives.

poor quality + no support I ordered Derman Wear based on the photos, but the actual product is disappointing. Fabric is thin and cheap, stitching is already loose, and the fit is nothing like the size chart. I requested a size replacement because it doesn’t fit, but customer service refuses to replace it. They’re also not offering a refund. I’ve sent photos and order details, but got nowhere. At this price, I expected the brand to stand behind their product. Right now it feels like they just took the money. Would not buy again and cannot recommend.

Please note that the size is very very small compared to norm t-shirt size. Though the material is good it wouldn't be of any use if the size does not fit and there is no exchange policy. I have not spent Rs. 2000 on this rather than the actual price Rs. 950 which is very sad. I understand that it's a compression vest and it comes with an medical purpose but exchange policy should be there so that customer can try and pick up the better size. Please order atleast 2 to 3 size bigger than your normal tshirt size. I have ordered 2 pieces and it's lying with me unused, though I have not even used it for 5 min from receiving the package.
