These buds are very comfortable to wear. They come with mult size ear cushions. I usually end up not using buds in the past because I have small auricles and they do not stay seated. The Wyze buds stay in securely.The sound quality is acceptable. I am not an audiophile to be able to give a detailed critique, but I find the sound pleasant and accurate. The associated app has a customizable equalizer that is very good and easy to use.The pairing is near instant when you remove them from the case. If you take them out of your ear your audio stops until you put them in the case or back in your ear. Phone calls are clear and the microphone pics up my voice clearly. The noise cancelling is accurate.Battery life on both the case and buds is long. The app also shows you each level.If you are looking fr a reasonable price on a quality piece of audio tech then go with Wyze.

product works exactly as promoted. great sound. great fit with 5 different sized gel pads. better than any high end name brand products i've bought, and i have bought the expensive ones, if you know which ones i mean.....

I have 9 Wyze cams. So, I really wanted to like these Wyze Buds. And at first I did. But there proved to be one too many issues. My main reason for purchasing these were strictly for work video calls on Microsoft Teams. I have Apple AirPods Pro, and because I have two MacBooks on my desk and an iPhone, the AirPods would sometimes randomly switch between devices, even during video calls. So I bought these just for work use. The first issue I noticed was a slight lag in audio between the person's lips moving and the audio to the earbuds during Teams calls. This only happened when I had the audio input as another device, such as my USB condenser mic. If I switched the audio input to the Wyze buds, it was in sync. However, I paid good money for my mic, so that's a hard pass using the Buds mic instead of the condenser mic. I was willing to overlook that and deal with the lag. But at random times the audio just drops. It's only for, like, 2-3 seconds, but it got embarrassing saying, "Sorry, what did you just say? My audio cut out". That's too much to deal with for me personally.Overall, the build is good, the audio is not bad for the price point, but in the end, I ended up returning them.

I could not hear my podcasts while on a plane with my apple airpods. I gifted these for a friend who said they worked great on planes so i decided to get some for myself. I am glad i did bc now i can enjoy podcasts while on noisy aircrafts

Got a bunch of WYZE products/cams. Thought these would be same quality. Maxed the volume out on phone and can barely hear anything. Thought maybe my phone ... So tried my wife's iPhone buds on my phone - nearly blew my ears off. Tried WYZE buds on wife's phone - NADA - miserable volume. It's a shame that a company sells great products, and then adds a miserable product - All that goodwill gone.

Good earbuds for the price. I’m not an audio expert, but they sound good to me.

I lost my first pair but liked them so much i just recorded. They work just fine as singles or both. They pair easily and stay paired. The active noise cancelling even works:-)

Wyze gives good value for $$.I was debating between these and the pro but these fill the need of everything I wanted in some earbuds.

At first, I absolutely loved these buds. Now... not even a month after I bought them, the right earbud stopped working completely out of nowhere, it won't charge anymore, and when I tried to contact the seller for an exchange under the extended warranty? THEY WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE AN OPTION TO CONTACT THEM! THEY STATE "Because this product and its shipping is being handled by Amazon, you have you contact an Amazon Customer Service Representative".So not only is the product defective, they REFUSE to provide proper contact information, which means they REFUSE to be held accountable for their products, AND it means their "Extended Warranty" IS ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT AND A WASTE OF MONEY!BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT WILL DIE ON YOU IN A MONTH!

Got these earbuds and had to wait an hour till they were charged enough so that I could update the firmware. The earbuds worked ok initially and fit my ears, unlike another brand which I returned due to poor battery life. There are no volume controls on them. There is also a limited selection of what a 2 and 3 tap press can do.However, I then did a battery test and discovered that after 4 hours of watching a live stream the left earbud died on me when I was warned there was 20% battery remaining. the right earbud lasted another hour. Ever since the left earbud is dead on multiple devices. A factory reset did nothing to solve the issue. If I wanted a replacement I would have to deal with Wyze.I have noticed that the status of the battery level of the Buds or the case is not being updated in real time. UNLESS you unplug the case from the USB cable and replug it. Only then do the buds show the proper charge level in the app!I got replacement buds from Wyze after 10 days but I am leaning to returning them to Amazon and forget the coupon that I had when I purchased these. Too many quirks and shortcomings.
