I should have bought a second one, but this looks built to last ,it is well designed efficient and attractive. The handle is sleek to the touch with a choice of color options. The gold gives a warn appeal, and sets off any door immediately bringing it into the future of high security. This device would be phenomenal if it came with a matching security camera. The handle is sturdy as well as strong. This is a Great product for any door, exterior or interior office doors as well as schools hospitals nursing homes etc.

I have a bad habit of always locking my doors, even if I’m just going to the bathroom. I love my privacy but in my lifetime I’ve already broken two doors and a lock due to the fact that I always forget my keys or my backup keys inside my room. It was beginning to get really annoying and expensive, having to buy new doors and locks and getting extra copies of keys all the time. I finally came across this amazing product that provides me with finger prints, unlimited codes, and an extra set of keys in case the battery dies. I’ve been using this product for a while now and I just love it . The moment I shut my doors, my room is locked and I don't have to worry about locking it myself, that way I’ll never forget to lock my doors. One of the many reasons I always forget my keys inside my room is because I dislike giving people access to my room when I’m not around and due to emergencies sometimes i have to and I would always have to change my hiding spaces and it became hard trying to keep up with it, which is why I love this product so much, If I ever need to give anyone access to my room I just give them the code from my phone and the minute they leave my room I can delete it and put a new one, from anywhere I’m located. I also love the fact that it keeps track of all the times my door has been opened and with what it was opened with, if it was with a certain code and whosoever fingerprint it was opened with, or if they even used the key. This product has definitely changed my life and saved me a lot of money .

Pay the extra money and get this one. The product comes with pretty clear instructions and everything needed including batteries. I was reluctant reading reviews that any finger can open and that is simply not true. I have had many fingers attempt to open and they failed unlocking. Programming is simple using the app, from adding finger prints, personal codes, and Bluetooth entry. My finger and my wife’s finger is opening the lock at the press of the pad every single time without fault. I also like that I can have it on quite mode so it makes no audible sounds. With the others tried they were cheaper by 15 dollars or more however it takes several attempts to unlock typically. It was also a bit of an issue trying to get the sound off. I can not recommend these locks enough. We have placed them in areas we don’t want our toddlers to enter rather than the parent proof door contraptions that make me insane with frustration trying to fiddle with when in a hurry. Kids will explorer with it and they became uninterested in the locks after 45 minutes of trying to unlock the door. An added bonus is that it keeps your spaces secure where one may not normally lock a door. I tried the keys that came with them and have them stashed away in case there is ever a fault and they are very difficult to pick locks; very similar keys to modern day cars that are hidden within the key fob.

Worked good for about a week. Now it takes multiple tries to open via fingerprint. Usually at least 4-5 tries to work with the app via Bluetooth. Its the second fingerprint handle I've purchased of this brand. This one having the Bluetooth added. I'm in the process of returning. I've wiped the scanner before each use in case anything was on the sensor, still doesn't work. Replacing with a KwikSet code entry type. I've had great success with those in the past. No clue how Samsung fingerprint scanner works every time on my phone, but rarely works on this door handle. Stay away from this brand

Thus far I’m pretty happy with the unit. Only gripe this far is the little white connector on the cable wasn’t firmly seated on the cables. I was able to attach them but word of warning to others, inspect this connector before install. If mine comes loose again a dab of super glue may be in order. Other than that we like the lock very much. App was easy to use and set up. Lock functions as intended and keeps the little ones out of our room when needed. I do question how well it would hold up to any real forced entry but not something I’m worried about in this application. One Year Update: had this unit a little over a year now and still like it so much I decided to order my second one today for another room in the house that it will be useful for. Use case: securing bedroom door from prying little hands who like to “borrow” moms jewelry for play time when no one is looking.

The installation was trouble free. Assembled the lock off the door first to test the app and the fingerprint scanner. No problem with the assembly A quirk with the app setup that did not allow me to register , the entered password did not meet the character combination requirements, there is no error checking or indication of the strength and acceptance of the password to show this. So after looking at the password and entering the required character requirements, it registered and gained access to the app. DUH! Overall I found this items to be of comparative quality with the lock being replaced. One of the few to offer polished brass to match existing deadbolt trim. Having the keypad embedded in the handle gives it a clean look, not that of a large keypad announcing that a smart lock has been installed.

Updated Review: My family and kids use it everyday, all day long morning to night. It worked great right out of the box and continues flawlessly one and a half years later. I just changed the batteries that came with it after 18 months....I noticed the unlocking feature was a little slower (almost imperceptible), and new batteries fixed it ...like brand new. DOWNSIDE: * If hand is wet, won't work. Even if you're sweaty, any moisture and reader can't read finger. * Not a good lock if you don't have a storm door, doesn't work well in rain, weather * Unlocking the door from the APP only works if you are near the door (or I can't figure it out??) * Using the numbers on the handle to unlock the door is not always easy becuase they are tiny, but the finger scanner works flawlessly. Of all the tech in our house...I love this lock....and don't miss house keys...lol.

installed these in a short term rental (Airbnb) where I wanted to *sometimes* close off extra bedrooms and book the property at a discount. We've had issues with these doors locking automatically on guests after the door is closed - even when in passage mode. This is very frustrating for guests who are using all of the bedrooms in the house and may accidentally lock their small children in a room. The good new is that the locks never keep the doors from opening on the inside, but small children locked in a room don't always know how to open a door lever properly on their own inside a room. Additionally - it is very disappointing that these locks do not *lock* from remote locations - they only unlock. I installed the additional driver to lock / unlock the doors remotely while I am traveling - only to find I cannot lock them unless I use bluetooth and am within 2 meters of the lock with my phone. Huge Disappointment. Unfortunately I will be removing these locks after about 6 months of use. Too many reasons they cannot be used as planned.

La chapa se pidió de color plateada pero llego de color negro. A la hora de la insta uno es muy facil, pero por el grosor de puerta de puerta se tuvo de ajustar y fue un proceso tedioso, para reo problema es que en los instructivos no viene que aplicación ni clml se configura la chapa, pero viendo en las fotos de promoción de producto se veía la aplicación y el nombre, y fue la única manera de ver que la aplicación para su uso es TTLock, con la app es de lo más sencillo la configuración, y ya cuando terminas de hacer toda la insta uno, la manija funciona muy bien, pero si se tuvieron varios problemas de por medio, fuera de ello, todo perfectos .
