The lids are fantastic! As someone who lacto-ferments regularly, I find these incredibly practical — no more checking the water trap daily to make sure it hasn’t run dry.

Disappointed

Highly recommended from a lot of recipes, books, and videos.

Tried using with glass weight but my ferment grew kahm yeasts! The product did not sucks up all oxygen. Disappointed.

So far the product seems to be working well. I’ll know more when the fermenting cycle is finished.
