These are totally fun, thick furry pants. They’re a bit pricey but are good quality.

I bought these "beast leggings" for a faun costume that I wore for a Halloween party. I thought that they worked perfectly. When I first saw them, I was concerned that the combination of fur and fabric would be a problem but once you put them on, the fur pieces really jut out nicely to look more like an animal's haunches. They were a hit at the party and everyone kept marvelling at them and wanting to pet them! Kind of amusing. I had thought that I would have to make these fur legs myself (who would think someon makes them) so being able to buy them saved a lot of time and hassle since I am not so handy with crafts. Buy the leg fur that most closely matches your actual hair color -- it just looks better -- and get the matching hooves. Also, they do not come with a tail. I bought some brown craft fur for about $3 and rolled it up, glued it with a hot glue gun and created a nice perky tail! I wore regular pants under the leggings with a large belt and used the belt both to attach the tail and help keep the leggings from slipping down. As a final step, I used an artificial grape vine to tie around my waste as a sort of belt. Since my partner went as Bacchus, it worked really well. And we won the prize at the party for best costume for a couple!

The leggings arrive very quickly and fit very well. A really solid purchase great fantasy costume for Ren faires and such.

The pant material is extremely thin like mesh almost the very furry parts are thick and hard. Hopefully they hold up without ripping

Not as pictured at all. I needed the hooves for feet for a centaur costume for the musical I’m directing. I bought two pair and this is beyond disappointing. I’m hoping I can return, wait for the refund, then order more before the show opens. Please use the correct photo and rename the listing (these are ‘brown beast legs’ not even the same item I purchased was ‘hairy beast legs’ on the listing.

The media could not be loaded. Waist elastic stays on nicely, the ankles have velcro to facilitate the hooves (still on order for me as of this writing) and surprisingly comfortable. The fabric is very breathable though, so expect to wear leggings under these in cold conditions. The fur is soft and very realistic, seams are rather plastic, but covered well by the fur fabrics. Excellent quality costume accessory, highly recommended!
