Have not tried one yet but they are a lot smaller than I thought they would be. They are great for someone who wants to go on a diet. If you are a big eater don't buy, you will finish them very quickly. Each one has it's calories and protein on the front of the box. Very easy to keep track of your diet.

Healthy meals with low calories and still have all the great flavors to go with. If you're so busy and don't want to cook .... then this is a healthy meal for you. It comes in variety packs. I will highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to get healthy.

A bit pricey for what you get
This food is part of a diet plan so you're going to pay more for a smaller portion than you would normally eat. Get over it...the plan works! Some of the entrees are better than others but you'll have to try and see which ones are your favorites. I supplement my plan with fruits and veggies which is allowable.

The portions aren't huge, but they're worth it!
I got the 16 meal box set. There wasn't a repeat entree in the lot. Each small box comes with vegetable serving suggestions. Each meal is microwave ready in about 1 minute, and they actually taste pretty good (but, most need a little salt). Each entree is 300 calories or LESS, and they're VERY satisfying. This one was definitely a good find on Amazon! I will be ordering again!

Good but a bit pricey
I was doubtful how these would taste all were excellent, with plenty of flavor. No salt needed like some reviews I read. The only one I would say was kinda meh surprisingly was the barbq chicken rice and beans. The chicken was dry, my opinion change to pulled/shreaded chicken instead, then that one would be a 5 star to me. Last tiny bit pick would be raise it to maybe a 12oz meal instead of 8oz. Then it would be worth every penny. I will buy again.
