A cautionary tale.
The weight is not your weight but the spring compression. Ordered a 75kg one as one is 84kg thought this would be suitable. However, it would be akin to using a Pogo stick to get any shock absorbing feature, you'd have to jump on it to get it to do what it is designed for. Tested on carpet in lounge pushed down no reaction from the compression. Instantly began generating a return; Amazon delivered the item, but 'surprisingly' the return is via conventional means of postage at great expense due to size & weight coverage coming out at £13.60. So added extra wrapping, so they can't say it arrived damaged. My advice to anyone buying this is to opt for the light weight variant 60kg. Certainly wont risk a replacement weight to be sent out to only have to pay another £13.60 postage. Will stick to the ones have been using for decades. All in all a costly experiment.
