Children's Favorite Songs

This review is for BOTH the Disney Karaoke Series; Children's Favorite Songs and the Christmas Favorites CD's:The disc is in CD-G format which means that in addition to playing music, it also gives you the graphics on the screen -- providing you have your karaoke machine hooked up to a TV or monitor.The songs are pretty good and having the exact same song with and without vocals is a plus. It's nice to sing along with the vocal tack or have the option of no vocal track at all. The way the disc is set up, tracks 1-10 are with vocals and tracks 11-20 are the same songs without the vocal track.The video images, however, have little to be desired. The graphics appear to be equal to the quality of the Atari 2600 graphics, for those of you old enough to remember. I would think that in this day and age, the graphics would have been much more elaborate. Perhaps the space requirements on the CD limits the amount of technology that can be used. I don't know. Since our three year old does most of the singing and can't read yet, the lack luster graphics don't seem to bother him at all.

Cute music CD, but granddaughter was very disappointed that Mickey doesn’t actually sing any of the songs.

I searched high and low for a sing along that included voice and lyrics. This CD gives you both. My nephews (2&4) recognize the songs and really enjoy singing along. They also like to make up words for the instrumental versions :)

THE KIDS ON SCHOOL BUS HAVE A GREAT TIME SINGING ALONG WITH THE SONGS.IT ALSOHELPS THE TIME GO BY QUICKER HAVING TO BE ON THE BUS.

The graphics don't work on our machine. It could be the machine but it's worked on others before. I checked the cover just in case i had ordered the wrong thing and it says there is supposed to be graphics. Oh well, the songs are great and she knows most of them so it's not tragic.

My two year old loves it in short bursts. She likes her own voice so the instrumental tracks are nice. I am relearning the old songs I forgot years ago. Might be a salty Sailor but I have found myself singing my ABCs with the best of them! ;-)

Gift for my granddaughter, 5. she loves to Karaoke so this worked nicely for her.Good choice for her. I would recommend it.

Just some regular nursery rhymes with Disney's name on it. Nothing spectacular. It's good for toddlers.

I bought this karaoke CD for my 2-year-old nephew. I thought it was Mickey Mouse songs because it does have a big Mickey Mouse face on the cover. But to his and our disappointment it was just usual can kids songs.

Very nice collection of songs. Well worth it.

Looks good, have not tried xmas gift

I was disappointed because I hoped for songs with a complete music only version and on this CD both versions had voices. I needed it for use in school which I can't do

myself and granddaughter love signing Karaoke to theses songs we have loads of fun,i will recommed to all my friendsThank You.
