Very good product

I was familiar of westinghouse brand in america , i was however sceptic of how much of that quality will be in offer in india that too this product is made in india , but i am happy that this product is good for the quality of Picture and Sound and other smart android TV feature it offers for budget price , Picture is bright and crisp , Sound is surprisingly loud enough from that small 30 wattish speakers for my 15 by 20 feet room , with wi fi , chromecast abiltity etc

Writing this review after a week of delivery.Received the item as scheduled. Installation was also done on the same day..so happy for that.But the real problem started after configuration.1. No audio output when connected to DTH ( sorted out now on my own)2. Chromecast not working even now3. Raised issue with customer care but the request was closed without resolution and most annoying part was no one even bothered to visit the place to check for the issue4. Picture quality ok considering no Dolby vision5. No Dolby audio but not an issue if you have home theatreHope this item stays without any issue as I have zero confidence on after sales service

Long read but will help you to make a decision.INSTALLATION SERVICE: Pathetic Installation Service. It took them 10 days to install after lot of chase. It’s 3rd Party installation i.e. Outsourced team & people who comes & installs. No one from company comes as we normally see with other Brands. So they are not well aware of the problems faced by customers.AMAZON SERVICE: Excellent in terms of call center & replacement. Totally Customer Driven Organisation & always ready to support. They made 2nd attempt by delivering fresh TV as my problem of Sound was not solved. Totally appreciate.SOUND OUTPUT: Please note that the SOUND OUTPUT is supported only on TATA SKY Set Top Box & not on JIO Set Top Box which I possess. I already have a 42” SONY Smart TV which I wanted to get it replaced with WESTINGHOUSE 55”. Unfortunately Westinghouse TV does not support any OTT Platforms which are on JIO SET TOP BOX. There is NO SOUND coming from the same. When I connect my SONY BRAVIA 42” the same functions perfectly well. Installation people blame JIO Set Top Box & JIO team says that if all OTT functions work well on SONY BRAVIA 42” than why WESTINHOUSE installation team blames JIO, Which I also agree. BASICALLY NO SOUND OUTPUT SUPPORTED ON JIO SET TOP BOX. I HAVE 2 SET TOP BOXES TATA SKY & JIO.NETFLIX: Before purchasing I was aware that NETFLIX is not a pre-installed app in this TV. But since I have JIO Set Top Box with all OTT Paid platforms thought it will work. So it doesn’t function on JIO also. If you try to install 3rd party application which Westinghouse suggests the quality of picture is pathetic. Don’t even consider doing the same.DOLBY ATMOS: This doesn’t have dolby atmos so people who are used to excellent Dolby Atmos quality will find it difficult to get convinced. However one can consider buying sound bar which will cover up the DOLBY SOUND.PICTURE QUALITY: It offers the best picture quality compared to the price it offers.REMOTE CONTROL: It’s very cheap & not sure how long it would have lasted.However my major issue was SOUND OUTPUT from OTT platforms not working on JI SET TOP BOX. If this company could have got resolved that this can be the best VALUE FOR MONEY product. I have asked for my refund as NO SOUND ON JIO SET TOP BOX OTT, NO VALUE FOR ME.

I recently purchased a Westinghouse 80 cm smart television from Amazon and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. This is the perfect size for my living room and the picture quality is simply outstanding.The Smart TV is very easy to use and offers a wide range of features such as Wi-Fi connectivity, HDMI support, and USB playback. The setup process was a breeze, and I was able to connect it to my home network in no time.The picture quality is stunning, with rich colors and sharp, clear images even on fast-motion scenes. The contrast ratio is fantastic for a television in this price range, and the blacks are deep and absolutely true.The sound quality is equally impressive, with clear dialogue and well-balanced audio across the entire spectrum. Works well. It is now hard to make bad TVs. If you are single and don't watch TV often then this will be fine with you. But quality is good video and audio both. The lag is removed by resetting the TV. Connectivity is good too. No bleeding of colours. All in all a great bargain.

Writing this review after a week of using this Smart TVWestinghouse 106 cm (43 inches) Full HD Smart Certified Android LED TV WH43SP99 (Black)Overall Happy with the purchase given the price point and the OS capabilities and app responsiveness at this price point (under 15K for a 43" size).Installation was done on the next day of delivery (within 2 days of ordering).Sound quality and loudness is good for a small to medium sized Living Room.Brightness is above average.Remote control voice assistance works well and the on screen typing via remote is also very responsive.Casting the screen from Chrome browser(my Laptop) to the TV works well, but comes with with some loss of quality(as expected).Most common apps are available on the play store and I was able to install these easily.My DishTV set-top box connected easily and works well.****The only missing part/app is Netflix - which is not pre-installed and I was unable to install it either. Seems like the TV/android needs an update to handle Netflix.(and I will have to connect my laptop via HDMI to watch Netflix as screen cast eats into the quality of the stream) .A Good buy at this price point given that the TV is Google/Android certified.Check out the images of the OS, remote control and Home screen/saver.
