Fishing nets
Our grandsons liked these. Immediately threw in a pond to see it float...which it did! Great that they float, fold, and safe for releasing fish.

Broke after 5th outing
First net came with a screw that wouldn’t tighten. The replacement worked well until it developed the same issue after a handful of uses. The plastic thread on the neck is flimsy and prone to breaking.

Fish!
Haven't caught any fish yet but this is a great net to do so. Light weight, easy maneuverability and great quality.Maybe next time.

no more losing your net in murky water while kayaking
after i lost mine in the murky waters in galveston's christmas bay while kayaking, i swore to find one that floats on its own!

Compact and sturdy
My trusty conventional net got ruined when the handle was bent during a recent kayak trip. I decided to check this net out and it’s pretty cool in dry-lab. I will know more when it’s fishing season again.I like the collapsible feature. Even nets this size can be clunky to manage in the back of the car during transport or in the kayak when getting to the fishing area. In the kayak, I’d rather use the holders for rods vs nets. I can keep this one stowed until we are fishing, then pull it out and keep it at the ready since I’ll have at least one of the poles out of its holder. The design compromise, or possible feature, of the shape of this net is that the end of it had no bar across it. You can see in my photos that there is only cording and nylon fabric tape across the end of the mouth when it is fully deployed. This could be a limiter for pulling in bigger fish or it could be a plus when bank fishing and I need to have the lowest profile to scoop under a fish. We’ll see. Should be no problem for my usual 12-16” trout out on the Sierra lakes. If there are negative issues, I’ll adjust the review In the spring. For now, seems like a good product.

Super portable so we always have it. No wobble this is premium.
We love this mainly because it doesn't get left behind, as it's super portable the way it collapses. We just insert it into our rolling tackle like it's a fishing rod. The entire unit seems of super quality and has no wobble or anything that makes you feel like it could lose a fish. Nicest net even over the static ones we own. Very pleased.
