I don't understand the bad reviews. For me, it worked wonders. The taste is pleasant and the effects already show after 2-3 weeks of usage. You have to respect some rules for it to be effective, for example avoid eating or drinking anything for an hour after you take the pill; avoid taking it immediately after using mouthwash (it kills the both the bad and the good bacteria); avoid hot drinks (prevents the good bacteria to colonize). If you take it correctly, it works. I got rid of bad breath and white tongue. Also use tongue scrapper, warm saltwater gargles and coconut oil pulling for good hygiene. Just ordered mt second bottle. Oh and by the way,the product is vegan, it says so on the label.

Stopped strep in its tracks
I actually did not purchase this for oral health but in a last ditch attempt to cure my recurrent Strep throat infection. After 4 rounds of antibiotics my strep infection returned yet again, and after some research I found that a probiotic strain (Salivaris K12) had been effective in fighting strep in a study. I therefore ordered for next day delivery and within 24 hours of taking (I must admit I took more regularly than recommended dose due to the purpose of use) my strep was cleared. I have continued to take as per the label since and my strep has not reappeared. In my view this is a miracle product and has done what antibiotics couldn’t
