is this ink cartridge compatible with canon MG4150 printer?

Do you mean the Pixma MG4120? I don’t see a MG4150 in my lists. The 35 is for a mobile printer. So, no I don’t think it will fit. You need a PG-240XXL cartridge. If you still have an old cartridge you can buy ink and refill when you can’t find replacements. But, I see the cartridge you’re looking for on the Internet still.
