Great bed warmer, and works very well reducing heating cost.

Love that no wires can be felt while in bed. We splurged on this pad, but it was worth it. Lovely to get into prewarmed bed on cold nights.

I have to say, I was a bit skeptical buying something like this, bc of fear of turning out like a rotisserie chicken at night...lol...but, after plenty of research and word to mouth from others who have something like this, I have decided to purchase this particular product. The convincing factors where the dual independent heating controls, meaning one side can be cooler, and the other side is a smoker for those who like it really hot. I received the product in excellent Packaging, and of course had to test drive it right away. I tested the preheat option, which worked perfectly, and then I had to try out which temperature would be right for me, since I am one of those people who prefer it rather warm, but to my amazement, the hottest setting made me feel like a roast in the oven, and then I had to turn it down a few notches, until I finally figured it out that level 6 is perfect for me. The setting goes up to 20, and let me warn you, you will be a rotisserie chicken, because it does get really hot. I would recommend this product to anyone who has any sort of muscle or joint aches and pains, who doesn't like getting into a cold bed, or somebody like me, who hasn't had anything hot going on in their bed for some time..lol....all Jokes Aside, this product it was worth every penny, and that I am proudly giving it a 5-star rating

We used the blanket for a few nights and found that it was defective. The lowest setting was very hot (and I sleep cold!) and I had to turn it off before I went to sleep. My husband kept his on but is a lighter sleeper and found that the blanket would heat up quickly then shut off, then heat up again, continuing this cycle throughout the night, rather than keep a consistent temperature throughout the night. We decided to return it as a defective item. When we printed the return policy from Amazon/NewEra, there were many caveats to the return beyond what the Amazon policy stated. We returned it as "defective" but were charged a restocking fee. I would think that returning a defective item would be eligible for a FULL refund. I also sent an email to the company explaining that the item was defective. The reply was a brief " you can return the produce by printing the return label from their Amazon account" with no mention of the defective product.

This blanket is much more comfortable than an old one I had. The wires are thin so you do not feel them at all. The dual controls are fine. There are long enough cords to go from the base of the blanket to where the controls are put and also to the outlet. I have been using the blanket for a couple of months now and am very happy with it.

This heated mattress is washable and has dual control. I like to turn my mattress onto the highest setting and it warms up to max in about 2 minutes. I use it every night as I have fibromyalgia and it helps me wake up feeling like a new person. My husband loves using it for his sore back after a long day of work. We've had this mattress topper for about 2 months now and are in love with it.

I bought this heated blanket because my feet are always cold. The Preheat setting is perfect to warm up my bed while I'm in the shower. It feels luxurious and having different settings is great to adjust and a remote for each side of the bed. The heating coils were uncomfortable with just a sheet over it but I added a fleece blanket and the heat still gets through. I love this so much that I bought one as a gift for my sister 💕

Don’t buy it! You will regret!And end up with stress over returning it!I ordered the king size, right side was working not the left side, also right side was j on keeps warm even though was off!Went true some stress over returning!But went okay after few days, was retuned and money was refunded!Thanks to Amazon services customer relations!
