I’m a new Loungefly bag user, this is only my 3rd bag. 2nd backpack style and I am in love! She came perfectly wrapped, with stuffing paper inside to keep the shape. The material is firm but has a soft texture to it. I absolutely adore it! I’ve used her now daily since she arrived for Christmas, and she holds up beautifully! And the cost was very reasonable! This backpack is the perfect size for daily outings.
