This rye flour is great. It smells amazing and had a wonderful flavor. I use it to add flavor and dimension to my sourdough starter. The bucket is great also. Makes storage a breeze.

I'm trying my hand at baking an old rye bread recipe that calls for white (light) rye flour. At around $5/lb this flour is pretty expensive but I've not been able to find comparable product locally. I'm just happy to have found a source that provides a quality product!

This is exactly what I needed to make Rye bread for my husband but maybe a smaller container next time. This is the only size in white rye flour I can find. This will last me several months as we don't make the bread very often.
