The Doobie Brothers Best Of

 This is an update for thr 3rd vinyl I got as replacement for the first two vinyl that I received. Just like the first and the second, the 3rd copy has the same exact skip on the last songs of each side. It's very disappointing. I think this batch is of bad pressing. I will not order for another replacement. I've had enough for this vinyl. Will just return this 3rd copy.This is an update for my purchase. I received a replacement for this order yesterday. Side one works perfectly but the last song on side 2 keeps on skipping. The first one and this replacement had a bad pressing. Once again I ordered for a replacement because I really like this LP. Will write an update again when I receive a 3rd copy of this LP.Just received my order today. Was so excited to listen to it. But I became so disappointed. Track 6 of side 1 skips. The music and the sound quality is really good except for the skip. Will return for a replacement.

I was particularly pleased that I could get a digital download immediately after purchase. I had never heard the Doobies in digital format, having only an ancient cassette (40+ years old), something that can't compare with today's technology. The digital download doesn't quite compare to the resolution of the CD, but it is better than nothing and I could listen immediately to the album and it works well on portable devices without taking up a lot of memory. Providing the digital download AND the CD is genius.

I had seen the doobie brothers on a tv concert special and they played all these songs and I just had to have it for my car. They just make you smile. Thanks just as described!! Trust this seller!

I love the Doobies... Obviously I love them more than they love their music because they are too lazy to push for an HDCD or SACD offering.The Doobies are great, but is this a CD copy of the 20 thousandth copy? It's lost all it's full potential for the kind of wide open audio experience that any true Audiophile would expect and want.

Being a traveler to Branson, Missouri many times a year, a song the city uses to attract tourists is "Listen to the Music," performed there by Bucky Heard. However, I wanted to find the original artist and song, so that's how I came upon the Doobie Brothers. I originally bought this CD because of that one song, and because my two-year old foster girl loved it so much, but soon discovered just how great the group really is and I enjoyed every cut on the CD, and highly recommend it to anyone. There's no better way than this CD to "Listen to the Music"!!!!

The Doobies were top of the charts during my college years and while not all of the memories are great, most of them are. This is a great collection of their hits and a welcome addition.

Always need some Doobies!
