Do these colors match the mild liners? I am trying to collect them all for bullet journaling but it bothers me when my colors don't match 😂

Since there are 20 colors in this set and 15 colors in the Mildliner set, you don't have a one-to-one match anyway. That being said, most of the colors coordinate very well (nearly match perfectly) while others—purple and red, for example—don't match. If those two are favorite colors to use, you're going to be frustrated. But if you can make do with the other colors, you will be happy with this set. Also remember that matching colors is dependent on the paper and how many swipes you use with the Mildliner; those translucent inks darken noticeably with every pass.

Are there any pastel colors in the assorted pack?

In my opinion, I don't think they're pastel I tried to give a good picture of what the colors are sorry. Ignore my music in the background.

How long does the ink take to dry?

Not long. Maybe a minute or so?

Do this smudge when highlighting over with mildliner?

Yes they do smudge. The trick is, highlight first and write over it. Sarasa clips are pretty thin so it doesn't look that great to write over. You can try Zebr blen 0.5 pens, they don't smudge at all with mildliners if you highlight over them.

The best colour pens I've had

These pens arrived on time and were undamaged. They write so smoothly, however they do need a minute to dry before highlighting to stop light smearing. The colours are vibrant, even the lighter colours stand out which makes it easier to read. The pen barrel have a soft grip on them which makes taking notes more pleasant. The clip comfortably fits onto an A5 size notebook without falling off when held in various ways. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for colour pens for note-taking.
